Prosecutors and defense attorneys moved ahead with questioning prospective jurors Tuesday even though lawyers for accused killer Michael Ledford have yet to be paid. Ledford is charged with multiple murder counts and other felonies in the 2006 death of Jennifer Ewing. He could face the death penalty. Ewing was sexually assaulted and beaten to death after being ambushed as she biked the popular Silver Comet Trail.
